We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 2. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We take great care to accurately describe and photograph each piece in our collection. As all of our jewellery is handcrafted, please be aware that:

  • Natural materials such as seaglass are unique — colour, shape, and size may vary slightly from the images shown.
  • Dimensions and weights are approximate and provided in good faith.
  • Screen colours may differ slightly from the actual product due to monitor settings.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

4. Orders and Fulfilment

  • Pre-made items are dispatched within 7 working days.
  • Made-to-order rings and custom pieces may take up to 4 weeks to dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, delivery times are subject to Royal Mail's standard timescales.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or customs processing for international orders.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy forms part of these Terms of Service. In summary:

  • Pre-made items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in original condition.
  • Earrings and custom/personalised orders are non-returnable for hygiene and bespoke reasons.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any item back.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, content, and branding on this website are the original work of Rolling Waves Cornish Jewellery and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent. Our handcrafted designs are the result of significant creative effort and we take the protection of our intellectual property seriously.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rolling Waves Cornish Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
