Commissions

I’m frequently asked if I can create a special piece of jewellery using seaglass that my customers have collected themselves. These pieces of jewellery are always extra special because they tend to have a story behind them. 

I’m more than happy to make any designs that you see on my website or Instagram in any size or colour (subject to what I have available).  

The Process  

We will first discuss what design you have In mind and seaglass colour if using seaglass from my collection.
I will then pick out some suitable seaglass pieces and send photographs for you to select your perfect piece.  
Once I have all the details I need I will draw up a sketch of the jewellery before I start on making the final piece.  

Timing 

Please allow up to 4 weeks for me to create your commissioned jewellery, but please be aware at busy times like Christmas I can be booked up quite far in advance.  
If you do require it to be completed sooner please speak to me when booking in your jewellery, I can’t guarantee I can but I will always try to accommodate individual requests.

Rings

Please note that any rings made with stones or seaglass can not be altered once the stone/seaglass is set. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size. My sterling silver stacking rings and wave ring can be resized for a small fee of £15 per ring.  

Postage  

P&P costs will be charged on top of quoted commission at £3.90. Jewellery will be shipped via Royal Mail tracked 48 service, any jewellery over £80 will be shipped via Royal Mail special delivery this will be upgraded free of charge. 
You can request a faster Royal Mail delivery service but this will incur additional postage costs. 

Please note I do not offer returns or refunds on any commissioned jewellery unless the item is faulty.
