Refund policy

I accept returns on all pre made jewellery if the item has been sent back to me within 14 days from purchase date. The item must be unworn and in perfect condition. Once I’ve received the item I will issue a refund for the cost of the item (postage excluded) or replacement.
Unfortunately I do not accept returns for earrings due to sanitary reasons. 

CUSTOM ORDERS, COMMISSIONS AND MADE TO ORDER JEWELLERY:

I do not accept returns and refunds on any custom made, commissioned or made to order jewellery unless the jewellery arrives faulty or I have made a ring sizing error.

If you are returning a item I can’t be held reliable for items going missing in the post, therefore I recommend you post via Royal Mail special delivery as this is the only service that will compensate for precious metals (eg sterling silver) 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
